Peril

Falling angel did stay my edge.
As I soar to heights below.
Slippery the slope within a slope.
My plan to grow……exponential.

I did not conceive the need.
My choices to me were wise.
Till all fell through me …… below me
And the angel let go.

My drop could not be heard.
Because I was in a crowd.
The need to build the greed to glide
The brace I took apart.

You fell because of me.
You purposely fell before me
You took the brunt for me.
My falling angel…..fell.
